Goodluck Jonathan was today in Ibadan, Oyo state to campaign for his re-election, where he made the above promise.
Speaking to the converged crowd of people, he revealed that if re-elected, Nigerian Youths should be sure that they will get 2 million job opportunities under his new government every year. He however didn't speak on how he intended to create these jobs...
